• Tickets are issued 10 minutes before draw time — only for COSMO members present in the club
• Point levels categorize draw entries
• All prizes are awarded in Free Play
⚠️ Presence is required to receive tickets and claim prizes.
Unclaimed tickets will not be eligible for rewards.
